To whom it may concern,
A traffic light is needed at the intersection of 56th Avenue and 141 Street. Cars come zooming by and don’t stop to let the pedestrians cross. Since there is no traffic light, no driver is required to stop at this intersection. This is becoming a serious issue as many school kids are having difficulty crossing the road quickly and safely. If you are concerned for the safety of New York City, please sign this petition.
